Auto Launch

The Auto Launch feature is designed to achieve the best antilag launch possible. This is done by automatically releasing the antilag when the car is at the optimal boost pressure.

Configuration

Enabled

Determines whether the Auto Launch feature is active.

Boost Target Offset

The amount of relative boost to the target boost to use when launching in hPa. When we use antilag we usually want to send the car slightly before the target boost is reached to prevent throttle closure and other things. To accomplish this we use a boost target offset, a good starting point for stock to +4mm turbos on 4.0T is -300hPa. This means the car will launch 300hPa before the boost target is reached.

Min Activation Time

The minimum time in milliseconds to wait before activating the Auto Launch feature. This is to allow the boost target to change. When you enable antilag, and step on it, the ECU will take a little time before it actually raises the boost target. If you set this too low, the car will launch straight away because it thinks you are at the right boost.

Stalk

The cruise stalk position at which the Auto Launch feature will activate. By default this is set to UP. This means you can pull the cruise control upwards for auto launch and downwards for normal manual release antilag. Valid cruise stalk positions can be found here.
